Your profile

Experience with strip/rebuild of rotating mechanical equipment, knowledgeable function of associated equipment and auxiliary systems, experience with endoscopic inspections and techniques, and practical experience with laser alignment are a plus.
Carry out the mechanical duties involved with disassembly, inspection, maintenance repair and reassembly for Siemens Energy OEM and non-OEM product lines of steam and gas turbines, compressors, generators, and auxiliary equipment across the country
Must hold valid driver’s license and passport
Red Seal Journeyman Millwright certificate (or enrolled in apprenticeship program) with high interest to work with hand tools independently or with a crew, and physical ability to lift up to 20 kgs
Maintain and utilize on site tooling and equipment
Read and understand technical drawings and publications and ability to make accurate calculations

Your Responsibilities

Responsible to execute mechanical millwright work under the leadership to a Siemens Energy Field Service Leadhand, Technician or Representative.
Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and report all near misses and incidents to EHS Management
Provide clear and concise data to be added to technical reporting and accurately record information into appropriate datasheets
Maintain and submit timely expense reports and timesheets
